* We reserve the right to decline any sale where we would be selling at or below our cost.
We will not price match after orders have been placed or in circumstances where a competitor is unable to supply. Any price match is at Homegoods' discretion, and our decision is final. Return of non faulty goods are subject to a 25% re- stocking charge. This is to cover transportation and administration. Goods must be boxed. We will always obtain your consent first.
Homegoods Terms & Conditions of sale
No contract will subsist between you and homegoods for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until homegoods accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time homegoods sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).

All deliveries are to UK mainland addresses only. Unless otherwise notified, deliveries will be within 30 days of order.
Returns and Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from delivery. You must notify us by phone (01869 220020) or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you intend to cancel within the 7 working days. When we receive your intention to cancel we will send you a returns confirmation to be quoted on the paperwork with the returned item(s).
Goods must be returned as they were sold, i.e. complete in original packaging including all parts ands accessories.
Goods must be unused, tried or tested and must be as new.
If an item has been opened it must be re-packed as received with no damage to the packaging.
Goods must be returned to our premises within 14 days from our issue of the return confirmation. We cannot accept returns of gifts, correctly working or unrequired goods after 14 days.
You will be responsible for the return financially.No item will be accepted for return without our return confirmation number which is valid for 14 days from date of issue. Goods returned to us without the return confirmation number will be sent back to you and the cost incurred by us of returning the item(s) to you will be charged against your account.
Refund of the cost of returned goods is subject to the above conditions being adhered to. Returned items will be refunded the invoice amount less our initial delivery costs.
Any items/accessories found missing after our inspection will be deducted from the invoice amount at that item’s replacement retail price.
Goods received back in a non-saleable condition will be sent back to you and the cost of delivery will be charged against your account.
Any obvious faulty or damaged goods will be exchanged, refunded or repaired as necessary with proof of purchase. However, it might be necessary for some returned goods to be returned to the manufacturer for prior inspection. We will endeavour to provide the fastest possible service, to minimise any inconvenience. Please package the faulty items and enclose a note of explanation with your name, address, daytime telephone number and a copy of your receipt to: Homegoods Ltd, Returns Dept, 12 Deans Court, Bicester, OX6 7XZ. Please allow 14 - 28 days for this procedure.
